House Builders and Developers

We identify development sites, negotiate the purchase of those sites, gain the necessary planning consent, procure the build and then dispose the completed housing development to a Registered Provider (Housing Association), Supported Housing Provider or Healthcare Operator.

We negotiate Section 106 Agreements and dispose of these S.106 obligations to Registered Providers.

We provide advice at the master planning stage to ensure that the provision of any affordable housing supports the overall viability of the development.

We deliver the open market and affordable housing elements in complex regeneration master planning.

Registered Providers

We work with Registered Providers and ALMO's to deliver their affordable and mixed tenure development programmes.

Supported Living

We work with Care Providers to help them deliver their Supported Housing / Living programmes. In a very similar way to how we work with our Registered Providers, we identify development sites, procure the build and either identify a partner Registered Provider or an Institutional Investor to take ownership of the development.

Older Persons Housing

We are active in the Healthcare sector and older persons housing market – Extra Care and Dementia Care. We offer specialist advice on Development Appraisals and Business Planning, Funding and Feasibility Solutions, Project and Interim Management, Sales and Marketing Solutions in order for our Clients to deliver Extra Care and Dementia Care solutions.

Investment Portfolios and Asset Management

We work with some of the UK's foremost, most respected property asset management companies that own large property portfolios, working with them to expand (form strategic alliances with other organisations), identify key acquisitions or to identify disposal routes to support with stock rationalization.

We are increasingly active in the negotiation of the acquisition or disposal of 'off the shelf' developments, Off Plan Investments and Rescue Packages.

Student Housing

We identify key locations for the development of Student Housing and normally work with our Institutional Investors in the funding of these developments. We also acquire / dispose of 'off market' completed student housing developments for Clients.
