This was a new build development comprising 24 two bedroom apartments. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of Housing Corporation funding.

 

Dunoon Drive, Blackburn

 

This was a new build development comprising 14 two bedroom bungalows for Social Rent. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of Housing Corporation funding.

 

Ansdell Road, Blackpool

 

This was a new build mixed tenure development comprising 28 two bedroom apartments, 2 three bedroom semi-detached houses and 5 three bedroom town houses. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of Housing Corporation funding.

 

George Street, Blackpool

 

This was a new build development comprising 10 two and three bedroom apartments. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing a Supported Housing provider to purchase the completed development with the aid of PCT funding.

 

Westpoint, Bolton

 

This was a new build development comprising 40 two bedroom apartments for Social Rent. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of NAHP funding.

 

Bridge Hall Drive, Bury

 

This was a new build development comprising 24 two bedroom units for Social Rent. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of NAHP funding.

 

Westgate Road, Fylde

 

This is a new build development comprising 72 units, Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development.

 

Heywood Hall Road, Heywood

 

This new build development comprised 10 two bedroom apartments for HomeBuy. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of Housing Corporation funding.

 

Willow Lane, Lancaster

 

This was a new build mixed tenure development comprising 11 two bedroom apartments and 5 three bedroom houses. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of Housing Corporation funding.

 

The Clock Tower, Macclesfield

 

This is a major refurbishment project. The development comprises 36 one, two and three bedroom apartments for Social Rent. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of NAHP funding.

 

Whitworth Road, Rochdale

 

This was a mixed tenure new build development comprising 20 two bedroom apartments and 8 three bedroom houses. Simply Housing acted for the developer in securing an RSL to purchase the completed development with the aid of Housing Corporation funding.
