We identify key locations for the development of Student Housing.

We are retained by House Builders to negotiate Section 106 Agreements on their behalf and to then dispose of the on-site affordable homes to Registered Providers.

We work with some of the UK's foremost Property Asset companies, we negotiate the acquisition or disposal of 'off the shelf' developments, Off Plan Investments and Rescue Packages.

We provide Asset Management services to organisations that own large property portfolios, working with them to expand, acquire or rationalise their stock.

We have strategic relationships with carefully selected Institutional Investors who work with us to provide investment solutions on some of our Supported Living and Student Housing Developments.

We also provide Strategic Management support for our Clients – we provide Development Services, assistance with preparing Development Strategies, marketing plans, Organisational Strategy and Business Planning and short-term Interim Management Placements to cover staffing voids.

We work closely with house builders at the master planning stage to ensure that the provision of any affordable housing supports the overall viability of the development.
