He has particular skills in identifying, creating, assembling and negotiating development opportunities. Philip is particularly adept at creating partnerships and in leading and motivating teams to deliver.
Whilst the Company now creates and facilitates innovative housing solutions for its range of Clients, Philip initially created "Simply Housing" as a response to one specific colleague who wanted specialist advice to untangle a Section 106 Agreement. The Company has grown from that first contract and whilst it still untangles Section 106 Agreements, Simply Housing's portfolio of activities is wide-ranging and diverse.
Philip is retained by a number of Clients– to assist these Clients with their overall business development.
