Simply Housing was established in 2006 to provide simple, straightforward advice, support and guidance to those involved in the housing and healthcare sectors.
Simply Housing are Development Consultants who specialise in the procurement of Affordable Housing, Supported Living, Student Housing and Healthcare (Dementia Care and Extra Care).
We work with a wide range of Clients; private developers / contractors, regional and national house builders, care providers and operators, Registered Providers, charities and churches.
We also provide Strategic Management support for our Clients – we provide Development Services, assistance with preparing development strategies, marketing plans, Organisational Strategy and Business Planning and short-term Interim Management Placements to cover staffing voids.
An increasing part of our activity is in the development of bespoke 'E-Commerce' tools, essentially to provide mobile 'Apps' solutions to those involved in the acquisition, management and disposal of property. We work with organisations that own large property portfolios, working with them to expand, acquire or rationalise their stock.
We have specific relationships with carefully selected institutional investors who work with us to provide investment solutions on certain developments.
Simply Housing operates across the UK from its base in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
